Clues, Clues, Clues

In my ongoing effort to keep you updated on this true mystery, and in response to the eighth paper clue (which I received yesterday evening), I now present to you Clue #4 (3?).

...Again, sorry for having no idea about the order.

Clue #4 (3?)

A simple clue, but as steeped in possibilities as any other. A reverse view:
Those three blue squares, once again. They are a staple, and there is no paper clue that they do not factor into. There is either a significant symbolism that I am unaware of, or they are an ongoing red herring...

On the address, you might notice, drawn in pen, a series of underlines undernead "North" and a small circle around the "5" in "519." I have taken a close-up shot of the latter and inverted the colors, to make it easier to see:The number-symbolism seems to continue.

Now, the inside of the clue:
One side, a shot of a distinctly un-cute cat with the words "Oh My!" and the number "256" in the upper-left corner. The other side, a hard-to-distinguish element of old-fashioned garment, my guess is Victorian, being drawn apart with a truly sexual tension. The words read, "The only time I ever wash my hands in a public bathroom is when someone is watching me."

Neither is the distinct "front" of the card, but both are strange, of course.

And well, that is the entire clue. There is not much in the way of elements, or strange details to point out, but there is something.

Again, if you happen to ever have any ideas or thoughts about these clues, do not hesitate to email me. I am ready to listen...
